Congratulations to Bessacarr’s Viv and Wendy who are part of the Yorkshire over 70s team, national champions after winning the Inter County Badminton Challenge this weekend at Worcester.

The team of Viv Young, Wendy Grey, Denise Lawson, Trevor Haller, Denis Cleary and Ron Mellor beat all of the premier league counties, including Surrey, the usual winners of the Inter County Challenge.
