Bessacarr A v Staincross B

We knew the match wouldn’t be a pushover as Staincross have a settled team of couples who play in all their matches. Due to injuries etc, Bessacarr fielded one regular pair.

With there being just one match that night, we had three courts playing at once.

The first set of three saw Staincross win two of the three. The second set of three had some tight games but Bessacarr didn’t take any of them.

The final set of three again saw some close games with Will and Mike just losing out 24-22 in the third end.

After winning one of the last three, Bessacarr A lost the match 7-2.

The standard of play was very high and great to watch. Well played everyone.
